Biography

As the Communications Assistant, I support the busy and engaging Public Programs team in educating and welcoming visitors to the Arboretum. I have a deep love and appreciation for nature and hope to help others experience the great outdoors (especially in the city) in new ways.
Before starting at the Arboretum, I have held positions as the office coordinator at the historic Loring Greenough House, as a faculty member at the Eliot School of Fine and Applied Arts, and as an event planner for arts and craft events. I am also a freelance illustrator and designer, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature and botanical themes. I enjoy birding, tending to our family’s community garden plot, and hiking. I live in Jamaica Plain with my husband and our son-who attended preschool in the Arboretum!
