Guénaëlle Maria, Gift Processing Assistant

Biography

As a Gift Processing Assistant with the Advancement team, I ensure gifts and memberships are handled with accuracy and care, directly supporting the Arboretum’s mission in research, horticulture, and education. As a longtime neighbor, Field Study Guide, and Forest Days teacher, I feel especially connected to this dynamic landscape and the many people who come to the Arboretum to explore, learn, and find inspiration. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, gardening, exploring new neighborhoods for pockets of urban nature, or tending to my sourdough starter “Steven,” who has proven far more resilient than my baking habit.
