The cherry trees are blooming at the Arboretum! Join Horticulturist Rachel Lawlor to learn about cherry trees’ history and cultural ties, the cultivars the Arboretum has introduced, how to identify cherry species and how to care for them in your own yard.
Accessibility: The program takes place on flat paved roads and mowed grass, and involves a small amount of walking.
Audience: This members-only program is geared towards adults.
Inclement weather policy: Participants will be notified via email at least one day in advance if a program needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, and will be notified by phone if a program must be cancelled with less one day’s notice.
