Join Manager of Adult Programming and Events Sarah Nechamen for a deep dive into the strangest parts of the plant world. This month’s theme is seed dispersal: from seeds that explode out from their seed pods to pine cones that require wildfire to open, explore all of the weird and wonderful ways plants have found to get their seeds out into the world.
Accessibility: This program will cover about a mile and a half on paved roads, gravel paths, and dirt paths.
Audience: This program is geared towards adults.
Inclement weather policy: Participants will be notified via email at least one day in advance if a program needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, and will be notified by phone if a program must be cancelled with less one day’s notice.
