Katie Fox, Manager of Youth Education

Biography

​​As the Manager of Youth Education, I get to help children of all ages create personal and meaningful connections to nature through a variety of hands-on learning opportunities around the landscape.  

​Prior to joining the Arboretum, I worked in youth education most recently as the Director of School and Youth Programs at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens in Nashville, TN and before that as the Education Manager at Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture in NY. In both roles I was able to lead various educational initiatives, including summer camps, early childhood education programs, field trips, and outreach programs to schools.  

​In my free time I love to cook, take daily walks with my two dogs, and go backpacking with my husband.​
