Boston, MA 02130

In January 2019 I joined the Institutional Advancement Department at the Arboretum as a part time Development Assistant.

Having retired from a 20 year career in the Cambridge Bio-Pharmaceutical industry in Regulatory Operations, I have been able to use my skills in data collecting, compiling, electronic publishing and project management to contribute to the gift processing aspect of Institutional Advancement. As a former supervisor of quality assurance documentation departments, I authored and trained on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and departmental guidelines. These skills have been useful to my growth with Gift Processing.

Prior to my career in bio-pharmaceuticals I worked at MIT Press as a production manager of the Journals Division and a typesetter in the Computer Graphics Department.

I feel so fortunate to have a job at the Arboretum where I am making a contribution to the important issues of our environment. I learn so much every day by working with so many talented and dedicated colleagues.

My training is in fibre arts and sculpture. For a number of years I have been making quilts.

I was born and raised in Somerville, MA.
