
Tribute Tree Mob: Saying Goodbye to the Silver Maple

The towering silver maple on Meadow Road, once the tallest tree in the landscape, has reached the end of its time at the Arboretum. Before this beloved tree is taken down, join us for a Tree Mob to celebrate its life and learn about how the Arboretum makes difficult decisions around tree removal in order to protect visitors and keep the landscape healthy and vibrant. Keeper of the Living Collections Michael Dosmann and Manager of Horticulture Rachel Brinkman will lead the program, sharing their perspectives and expertise on this beautiful tree.
