Meditation Mondays
Unwind with this weekly evening meditation under the shade of the linden collection. Facilitator Bob Linscott will guide the group through 30 minutes of mindfulness and meditation designed to help you de-stress and connect with the natural world.
We will be sitting on the ground so travel camp chairs, yoga mats, or blankets are encouraged.
Bob Linscott is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher at Brown University and Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Memorial Health Care.
Accessibility: This program takes place about 20 feet off the main paved road on level ground.
Audience: This program is geared towards adults.
Inclement weather policy: Participants will be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance if a program needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, and will be notified by phone if a program must be cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
