SUMMARY:Tree Mob: Turtles with Zoo New England
DESCRIPTION:This program has been cancelled due to unsafe air quality. \n\n\n\nThis is a program for Arboretum members and Zoo New England Conservation Society Members. Not an Arboretum member? Click here to join. \n\n\n\nZoo New England is partnering with the Arboretum to run its annual turtle survey! For the past six summers\, ZNE conservation biologists have ventured into the ponds of the Arboretum to survey the turtles\, minnows\, and other biodiversity present there. Join Zoo New England staff for a Tree Mob to meet and learn about the fascinating species that call the Arboretum ponds home. \n\n\n\nAccessibility: This program will involve minimal walking\, mostly on paved roads and sidewalks with occasional off-path ventures. \n\n\n\nAudience: This members-only program is appropriate for all ages. \n\n\n\nInclement weather policy: Participants will be notified via email at least one day in advance if a program needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather\, and will be notified by phone if a program must be cancelled with less one day’s notice. Click here to view our full inclement weather policy. If you have questions about the status of a program\, please email publicprograms@arnarb.harvard.edu (inbox monitored on weekdays) or call the Visitor Center desk between 10:00am and 4:00pm at (617) 384-5209.
