SUMMARY:Young Friends of the Arnold Arboretum
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University\, this event for the Young Friends of the Arnold Arboretum features an enchanting evening of food\, drinks\, live music\, and content tables in our Weld Hill Research Building (1300 Centre St\, Boston\, MA 02131)—a state-of-the-art facility that is typically closed to the visiting public.     \n\n\n\nDesigned to appeal to those 21-45 or who are young at heart\, this event is a premier opportunity to immerse yourself in the plants\, purpose\, and passion of the Arnold Arboretum with other metropolitan nature enthusiasts. Come learn about the research that the Arboretum is doing in the face of climate change as we maintain our 281-acre “museum of trees.”  \n\n\n\nPlease note that this is a 21 and older event.   \n\n\n\nPurchase tickets for $110/person\, which covers individual admittance to the event\, passed food\, and an open wine and beer bar. Members of the Arnold Arboretum are eligible to purchase tickets (up to 4 tickets) for $75/person. Patron level tickets are available for $250/person and include a hand-turned wood bowl crafted from a felled Arnold Arboretum tree. \n\n\n\nThis event raises essential funds for the Arnold Arboretum and supports our work in education\, research\, and horticulture.  \n\n\n\n\nPurchase Tickets\n\n\n\n\nWe recommend using a rideshare service (reference address listed above as your destination) or taking public transportation. Weld Hill is a thirty-minute walk from the Forest Hills MBTA Station. Parking is available on-site at Weld Hill (1300 Centre Street\, Boston\, MA 02131).   \n\n\n\nIf you have any questions\, please reach out to us at development@arnarb.harvard.edu or 617.384.5766. \n\n\n\nSpecial thanks to our sponsor:
