I started working at the Arnold Arboretum from 1971 to 1972 as a ground intern. Following that experience, I worked for 7 years for other companies before returning to the Arboretum in 1979. I have held various positions in my thirty-plus year here, including 10 years as an arborist. As a horticultural technologist, my work focuses on Peters Hill and in various areas of the historic landscape. I also maintain my own tree care and landscape company.
