Arnold Arboretum and China
For over a century, Arboretum staff have explored and documented the natural and cultural resources of Asia, including China and Tibet. This page highlights scientific research, conservation efforts, important plants, rich archival and contemporary photography, and other seasonal celebrations of Chinese plants.
As far back as 1905 and continuing today, the Arnold Arboretum has been investigating south-central China, a hotspot of biodiversity.
